Job Title: Software Developer

Job duration: 40 Hours / Week, Permanent position, Full time

Job Duties:

• Analyze, Evaluate, identify, and design the architecture of software systems per user need.
• Identify project expectations, objectives, and goals by interacting with stakeholders and understanding the business needs.
• Define, categorize, and prioritize requirements ensuring appropriate outcomes for the solution or initiative.
• Construct and validate REST endpoints to allow different components to interact with RESTAPIs to retrieve information for data communication.
• Monitor & improve coding standards by restricting the services and classes.
• Collaborating with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications.
• Define all aspects of development including technology, workflow, and coding standards.
• Design workflows and sequence diagram to define interaction of different business layers with data access layers.
• Define solution structure to build a basic framework for services and APIs.
• Expose endpoints for data communication between various data entities and Deployment of service and APIs to expose with the client.
• Bootstrap front-end components and screens to make it user-friendly.
• Gain access to the data models for participating in developing code review standards across teams with an aim to improve quality and reliability.
• Conduct retrospection at the end of each delivery to improve process and delivery.
• Manage deployment and directly support customer-reported issues.
• Participate in the establishment of long-term processes and measures to improve unit testing across teams.
• Execute program modifications and changes and interface with clients, software professionals, and consultants to develop solutions applications.
• Review and evaluate technical design and technical quality issues and processes.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients on general technology and IT infrastructures.
• Test and fix bugs, develop and deploy the changes.
• Develop all innovative solutions for problems not including precedent.
• Prepare systems diagrams and flow charts to support problem analysis.
• Test the changes and ensure meet acceptance criteria and issues may be fixed before deliveries and track the failures and bug fixes.

Job Requirements: Required Bachelor or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, MIS, Engineering (Any), or any related field 5 years of experience in the job offered, Programmer, Software Architect, Solution Architect, Technical Lead, IT Analyst or related. Must be able to travel/relocate to various client sites throughout the U.S.
